The latest
game from the creators of "World of Warcraft"Dwarf Fortress" is "Hearthstone: The
Coin Master." After a few years of development, it's finally available for iPhone and iPod Touch devices. I've spent a few hours with the latest update to this
game, and here are some of my observations. In a first look, the
game has a home base located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You tap a spot on the home base to place a "card" down.
That card represents the land, and you can use it to dig for gold. When you're ready to place another card, tap that spot again to remove it. The
cards have a number of different "actions" that you can use them for. There are "hopes," which allow you to "hop" along a circle or "go round" it. The lands "leap" towards their destinations, called "mines."
The "5000
spins" give you
coins, which can be used to buy "pieces" that can be used to build "towers" that generate more
coins. There are also random events that occur, and these occur periodically. One of the
game's newest features, win 5000
spins at
coin master game, allows you to try to predict when the next event will occur. If you're playing online, you can play against friends from all over the world and learn a little about what they're up to. If you
happen to win a few 5000
spins at the
coin master game, you can exchange your 5000
spins for free
cards, and they'll often offer some free stuff! One of the many points of the
coin master game is to try to obtain the rarest, highest quality, best value land.
In my time with the
game, the highest quality land is the "pile," which is worth around four times as much as any other land. The other land types in the
game include caves, forests, mountains, and so on. Land can be combined with each of the previous land types. You can try to place a "cave" together with a "forest," then a mountain, and so on. You can also try to sell your pieces on the market place.
The market place is a place where you place "piece" into piles and then wait for people to bid on those pieces. Each time someone bids on a piece, the value increases. This is a great way to earn some
Spins, especially if you win some wins at the
coin master game. Another new feature to the
game of
coin master is the ability to send your wins to Facebook. By turning on Facebook for
coin master, you can see who's winning, and who's losing.
Facebook can alert you to new events as well. I like this feature a lot, because it helps to keep me up to date on how the
game is going. Twitter is a great tool for interaction. Use the Twitter
application to send messages to people who follow you. These messages can be sent from the
game, or from your phone.
While I was playing, I was struck by the fact that there are various events, like a win 5000
spins at
coin master game, where you can win free
cards. As I said, each event requires you to try to guess its winner. If you place the correct card down, you get to place another card. At the end of each round, the winning
cards are listed at the top of the screen, where you can see how many
coins you've won with the event. And if you're wondering, yes, there is a pause button, just above the
coin counter, which will stop the
game. and allow you to do something else. My biggest concern with the
coin master game has to do with its pace. I don't find it engaging enough to keep up with it. without an internet connection.
